the location was right on the beach! the facilities included beach bags and umbrellas for guest use. the front desk manager provided good guidance about local travel and activities, it made getting around easier. the breakfast buffet was delicious, so many choices were available.

The room windows did not fully close. I found mosquitos inside. the hot water was only available when the weather was sunny, it was a bit inconvenient

The location was EXCELLENT, right on a fine beach where I enjoyed clear water. The staff showed really good friendliness. Their service. I found my room spacious with thoughtful details like a drying rack on the balcony (super handy!).

The sunbeds were sometimes reserved early, a minor inconvenience.

The breakfast offered ample variety. I found many Vietnamese and Western options. Walking ten minutes from the hotel, you can explore other restaurants in the area (lots of choices!).

The staff members were accommodating and professional. They made sure I had everything I needed. The team cleaned the rooms daily, keeping them tidy and comfortable (I appreciated this a lot!).

the staff are super helpful. breakfasts are really good and fresh. i enjoyed the beautiful garden with the lovely beach. really good place.

the hotel its far from the city center. i heard loud cicadas sounds all night i am not able to sleep well. the bungalow rooms are open so i got many mosquitoes i should brought anti-mosquito spray.
